How long does it take for me to receive the products from ViVE Creation? TOP
For Local customer paying via bank transfer, ViVE Creation will deliver within 5 working days after payment is received.
For Overseas customer, ViVE Creation will ship within 5 working days after payment is received from PayPal. Customer will receive the products 1-2 weeks later depending on location. Is there any min order ? TOP
Yes, min order is S$20.00. What if I am dissatisfied with some products I have purchased? Can I exchange it? TOP
Yes, you may exchange it for another product of similar value or higher. You have to top up the different amount. Just send it back to us in its original package with the invoice within 7 days upon reception. However, the shipping charges must be bore by the customer. |
