    Customers will be notified by email of payment details once we received the order.
    All payments must be submitted within 2 days after the Notification Email.
    Please ensure email & mailing address are updated at the time of check out.
     
     
    In the event of typographical errors, ViVE Beads reserves the right to change the items at the correct price.

    How long does it take for me to receive the products from ViVE Creation? top

    • For Local customer paying via bank transfer, ViVE Creation will deliver within 3 working days after payment is received.
    • For Overseas customer, ViVE Creation will ship within 3 working days after payment is received from PayPal. Customer will receive the products 1-2 weeks later depending on location.

    Is there any min order ? top

    Yes, min order is S$20.00.

    We sell online only
    Sorry we Do Not Meet up or allow Self-collection.
    We use Singpost for ALL our orders.
     
    Postage and handling fee will be notify in another email to buyer once we have sort out the weight of the items.
     
    All products will be well protected for shipment – fragile items will have multi-layer bubble wrap before placing in their final packaging.
     
    ViVE Beads is not responsible for any delay or damage for orders shipped via Singpost. 
     
    * We are not liable for lost mail, therefore we strongly recommend registered mail.
     
    Singapore Buyers :
    All local order will be delivered by Singpost (Normal mail or Registered Mail).
    We will mail out your order within 3 working days upon receipt of your payment.
    * important note : wef 15.Aug.2013 - All orders will only be mailed out on Monday. This is due to the temporary closure of our nearest Post Office. Please make the payment by 6pm Saturday for your order to be mail out the following Monday.

    • 101gm to 250gm-   $1.50
    • 251gm to 500gm-   $2.00
    • 501gm to 1000gm -$3.00
    * For registered mail Add another additional of $2.50.
     
    Overseas Buyers :
    All our international purchases will be shipped by Registered Mail to avoid missing items.

    Countries in the rest of the world, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East.

    • 100gm-   $5.50
    • 500gm-   $20.00
    • 1000gm- $38.50
    * All the above rate will add another additional of $2.50 for registered mail.

    What if I am dissatisfied with some products I have purchased? Can I exchange it? top

    Our prices are competative, because we do random checking of our items, do accept that there may be some minor defect, we do this to keep our prices low.
     
    If you are a perfectionist, do consider before buying our items.
     
    We will do our best to keep our customer happy.
     
    We will honour requests for an exchange EXCEPT items on Discounts/Clearance/ Bulk purchase/ Special request/ Books/ DIY kits and Cut to Measure (Chain, ribbon etc).
     
    We will not honour request for an exchange for items damaged during shipping or items that vary slightly in colour from what is shown on the computer screen.
     
    Please state the reason to exchange via email.
     
    All returned items must be sent back in its original packaging with bubble wrap within 14 days after our shipped date.
    We reserve the rights to reject items not in their original packaging or damage during return.
     
    Please note that we only allow a one time exchange for the items per order.
     

    Returned items must be exchanged for one that is of equal or higher value. Buyers are required to top up the difference in price No refund will be given for items exchanged for one that is lower in value.

     

    Customers will bear the shipping cost (two-way) for the returned items.
